基于语义表达的中医药优势病种网络模型的构建

目的:建立基于中医药优势病种文献的语义网络模型。方法:顶层参考中医药学语言系统并结合专家咨询设定模型中的语义类型和语义关系,底层基于获取的中医药优势病种文献全信息结构解析进行语义类型和语义关系补充。结果:构建了基于语义表达的中医药优势病种网络模型。结论:基于语义表达的中医药优势病种网络模型可以支持中医药优势病种文献数据库的构建和中医药优势病种文献的语义检索与利用。

Semantic expression-based establishment of network model for dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To establish the semantic network model of literature on dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The semantic type and semantic relationship in the top level of the model were designed by referring to the language system for traditional Chinese medicine, the semantic type and semantic relationship in the bottom level of the model were complemented by analyzing the accessed whole information structure of literature on dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. Results The semantic expression-based network model of dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine was established. Conclusion The semantic expression-based semantic network model of dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine can support the development of database of literature on dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, semantic retrieval and use of literature on dominant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
