Abstract:
Objective To study the active components and action targets of Phellinus igniarius in the treatment of hepatitis by network pharmacology.So as to provide a basis for further exploration of its pharmacological action mechanism.Methods This study used the CancerHSP in the TCMSP platform to retrieve the chemical constituents and action targets of Phellinus igniarius.Cytoscape 3.7.2 was used to make the network map of Phellinus igniarius-Hepatitis-target.Target protein-protein interaction(PPI)network was constructed by using String database.ClueGo software was used to perform functional enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis of key targets.Results A total of 9 compounds were retrieved and 3 compounds,27 targets and 30 genes were screened out.There are 22 key genes associated with hepatitis,including MAOB,XDH,ALDH2,SMAD3,ALDH3A1 and CYP2A6.Histidine metabolism,Tyrosine metabolism and other 7 pathways play a role.Conclusion This study preliminarily verified the therapeutic target and pathway of Phellinus igniarius in the treatment of hepatitis,and laid a foundation for further revealing its liver protection mechanism.
