输尿管末端囊肿的超声诊断及临床意义

目的应用超声仪器诊断输尿管末端囊肿并对其进行临床分析，探讨其临床应用价值。方法分析经临床手术证实的25例输尿管囊肿的超声表现。结果25例（28条）输尿管囊肿患者，单侧囊肿22例，双侧囊肿3例，囊肿内伴结石3例。所有病例均经手术证实。超声诊断符合率100％。结论超声作为无创、无痛性检查能较准确地诊断输尿管囊肿，判断其大小、位置，可为临床提供直接及伴发信息，对手术方案的选择有较大的指导价值，应作为输尿管囊肿检查的首选方法。

VALUE OF ULTRASONOGRAPHY IN DIAGNOSIS OF URETER CYST AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Objective To apply the ultrasound instrument in diagnosis of ureter cyst,and discuss the value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of ureter cyst and its clinical significance. Methods 25 cases with ureter cysts diagnosed by ultrasonography were confirmed by surgical operation. Results In 25 cases ( 28 side ) with ureter cyst, there were 22 cases with single lateral cyst, 3 cases with double lateral cyst, 3 cases combined with stone Calculus inside the cyst . All the cases were confirmed later by operation. The fitting rate of ultrasonography diagnosis was 100%. Conclusion Ultrasonography applying in diagnosis of ureter cyst has many advantages, such as no wound and no painless, accurately check up in the dimension and position of the ureter cyst, and providing direct and concomitant information for clinical. It has more guidance value in selection of operative scheme,. Therefore, Ultrasonography ought to be choiced as the primary treatment method in ureter cyst.
