早期清胰汤保留灌肠提高重症急性胰腺炎疗效的临床观察

目的 探讨早期清胰汤保留灌肠对治疗重症急性胰腺炎的疗效影响.方法 将62例患者随机分为早期保留灌肠组(早期组)32例和晚期保留灌肠组(晚期组)30例.早期组于入院后12 h内实施清胰汤保留灌肠;晚期组于人院12 h后实施.从临床症状改善时间及临床疗效等方面进行比较.结果 早期组腹部压痛体征消除时间、恢复进食时间与晚期组比较均大幅缩短,差异显著(P＜0.05).腹痛初步缓解时间、首次排便时间、住院天数等指标早期组较晚期组明显提前,差异显著(P＜0.05).结论 早期实施清胰汤保留灌肠,可明显改善重症急性胰腺炎病情,提高重症急性胰腺炎临床疗效.

The clinical observation of the therapeutic effect improvement of the clear pancreas soup early retention enema on sever acute pancreatitis

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect improvement of the clear pancreas soup early retention enema on sever acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 62 patients with server acute pancreatitis were randomly selected into two groups, the early and the late retention enema group. The early group was accepted the retention enema with clear pancreas soup in 12 h after admission, while the late group was accepted retention enema with clear pancreas soup after 12 h, the time of clinical symptom improving and the clinical curative effect were compared between the two group. Results The abdominal tenderness wipe out time and the recovery eating time of the early retention enema group were significantly shorter than those of the later group, P ＜0.05. Abdominal pain initial relieve time, the first defecation time and the hospital day of the early retention enema were longer than those of the later retention group, but the difference was not signifi cant, P ＜0.05. Conclusions The early retention enema with clear pancreas soup can improve the patients'condition with severe acute pancreatitis and elevate the clinical curative.
