青光眼睫状体炎综合征房水前列腺素 E2含量的变化

目的：探讨青光眼睫状体炎综合征（青睫综合征）房水前列腺素E2（ PGE2）含量的变化。方法青睫综合征患者21例（21只眼），分别在给予非甾体类消炎药治疗前后采用放射免疫法测量房水PGE2浓度，拟行超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术的年龄相关性白内障患者21例（21只眼）设为对照。结果应用非甾体类消炎药治疗前试验组房水PGE2平均浓度为（45．39±5．82）ng/L ，对照组房水中PGE2平均浓度为（12．46±2．87）ng/L，差异有显著性意义（ P ＜0．05）；试验组经非甾体类消炎药治疗后，房水PGE2浓度下降至（23．78±3．67） ng/L（ P＜0．05）。结论青睫综合征房水PGE2浓度升高。

Changes of aqueous humor PGE2 concentration in Posner-Shlossman syndrome

Objective To investigate the changes of aqueous humor prostaglandin E 2 （ PGE2 ） concentration in pa-tients with Posner-Shlossman syndrome （ PSS） .Methods The aqueous humor concentration of PGE 2 was tested with radio-immunoassay in 21 cases （21 eyes） diagnosed with PSS before and after NSAID treatment .Twenty-one cases （21 eyes） with age-related cataract were also enrolled as the control .Results A significant difference was noted in aqueous humor concentration of PGE2 between two groups （45.39 ±5.82） ng/L vs.（12.46 ±2.87） ng/L;The aqueous humor concen-tration of PGE2 decreased significantly from （45.39 ±5.82） ng/L to （23.78 ±3.67） ng/L in the experimental group after NSAID treatment.Conclusions The aqueous humor concentration of PGE 2 increased in patients with PSS .
