TCD对颈内动脉椎-基底动脉狭窄或闭塞的诊断价值

目的:探讨经颅多普勒超声(TCD)在颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞诊断中的临床应用价值.方法:对1 107例临床上高度怀疑缺血性脑血管病的患者在1周内同时进行TCD和CT血管造影(CT angiography,CTA)检查,分析两种检查结果对诊断颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞的一致性和差异性.结果:x2=0.348,按a＞0.05标准,不拒绝H0,两总体阳性数相等,无差别,应用TCD检查和CTA检查结果相同.结论:TCD检查是一项无创、简便、价廉且行之有效的颅内动脉狭窄或闭塞的检查方法,可用于CTA检查前的筛选.

To Discuss the Diagnosis of internal Carotis Vertedra basal Arteries Arteriarctia or Block by Transctanial Doppler Ultrasound(TCD)

Objective:To study the transcranial doppler ultrasound(TCD) in intracranial artery stenosis or block in the diagnosis of clinical application value.Methods:1 107 cases of clinical highly suspected in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease of one week simultaneously TCD and CT angiography(CT angiography,CTA) inspection,analysis of two examination results to the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease consistency and difference.Results:χ2 =0.348,according to a > 0.05 standard,not refuse to H0,two overall positive the same number,there is,the application of the inspection and test results TCD CTA same.Conclusion:TCD examination is a non-invasive,simple,inexpensive and effective methods of intracranial artery stenosis or block inspection method,can be used to check the CTA before screening.
