后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术治疗成人重复肾12例报告

目的:探讨后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术治疗成人重复肾的手术方法和临床疗效.方法:采用后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术治疗12例重复肾患者,男4例,女8例.年龄19～51岁,平均39岁.观察手术时间、术中出血量、术中术后并发症、随访下位肾功能.结果:12例手术均成功,手术时间90～180 min,平均137 min,术中出血量30～50 ml,平均38 ml,术后住院天数5～7d,平均6d,术中及术后末见明显并发症.术后随访6～24个月,平均18个月,超声、静脉肾盂造影、CT检查提示肾上极囊性积水扩张消失,下位肾功能良好.结论:后腹腔镜上半肾输尿管切除术是一种安全有效、创伤小、出血少、恢复快的微创治疗方法,值得临床进一步推广.

12 Cases Reprot of Retroperitoneoscopic Heminephroureterectomy for the Treatment of Duplex Kindey in Adult

Objective:to evaluate the technical feasibility and clinical efficacy of retroperitoneoscopic heminephroureterectomy for the treatment of adult patients with duplex kidney.Method:Retroperitoneoscopic heminephroureterectomy was performed on 12 patients(4 males and 8females) Mean age atsurgery was 39 years(range,19 to 51),the operating time,blood loss volume:intraoperative and po-stoperative complications and the operative feeicacy were observed.Result:All operations were performed successfully without conversion to open surger.Mean operation time was 137min(range,90to180min).the mean hospital stay after operation was 6days,(range,5to7) the function of the lower pole was well in all patients at a mean follow-up of 18 months.Through the B super and intravenous pyelogram and CT examination of the improvement of the upper pole cystic water expansion.Conclusion:Retroperitoneoscopic heminephrouretrrectomy has the benfits of mini-incasion,less blood loss,quicker recover and safety for safety for adults with duplex kidney.it is worth being highly-recommended in clinic.
