| 摘 要： | 5．12汶川大地震在我国影响巨大,在抗震救灾、恢复重建的过程中,自救者、救灾人员、志愿者等相关工作人员,在长时间、高强度的紧张工作环境下,很容易导致震后疲劳型亚健康状态。本文旨在明确对震后疲劳型亚健康状态的认识,及时实施干预的紧迫性,呼吁中医药工作者积极思考、探索,依附于中医药的自身优势,发挥其在震后疲劳型亚健康状态中的应用。

| Abstract: | According to the Wenehuan earthquake occurred on may 5th, 2008, survivors, succors and volunteers are prone to have the ＂subheahhy state after the earthquake＂ because of longtime working with high strength. There is no time to delay that definifing and intervening this state, especially for Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners, who should consider this situation carefully and try to exert the predominance of TCM. |
