阳虚荷H22肝癌小鼠的中医辨证辨病治疗实验研究

目的：通过对阳虚荷瘤小鼠不同治疗措施的干预结果观察，研究并探讨辨病、辨证、辨证辨病结合治疗对阳虚荷瘤小鼠的作用及其机理。方法：以氢化可的松和肝癌H22瘤株复制阳虚荷瘤小鼠复合模型，实验分模型对照组、辨证组、辨病组和辩证＋辨病组，并设不加处理的空白对照组。各组分别在造模结束后第1至15天对其进行生存状态学观察；实验结束后检测各组动物抑瘤情况、IL-1、TNF-α水平。结果：①生存状态学观察结果显示：辨证组辨证辨病结合组动物的生存状态改善明显好于其他两组。②在抑肿瘤生长方面，辨证辨病结合组与对照组比较P〈0．01，差异为极显著性；辨病组与对照组比较0．01〈P〈0．05，差异为显著性；而辨证组与对照组比较P〉0．05，无统计学意义。③IL-1和TNF-α以辨证辨病结合组的上升幅度最大，辨证组居其次，但两者之间无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。辨病组的上升幅度最小，且与前两组均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：阳虚荷H22肝癌小鼠的复合动物模型是可以成功建立的。辨证结合辨病治疗是目前较为理想的中医治疗模式。从不同角度探索证型的实质，进一步丰富了证型的内涵，为证型治疗开拓了新思路。

An Empirical Study on the Effect of the Syndrome and/or Disease Differentiation Therapies of Chinese Medicine in Treating ＂Yang Qeficiency＂ with H22 Hepatoma Mice

Objectives： To observe the effect and investigate the possible mechanism of Chinese Medicine therapies in treating ＂Yang Qeficieney＂ with H22 hepatoma mice.Methods： The experimental mice models were produced by injecting Hydrocortisonum and H22 hepatoma cells.All animals were randomly divided into 5 groups.Each d them including 12 rats.The live states of rats were observed, the levels of IL- 1 and TNF- α in blood plasma were measured.Results： The live states of syndrome and syndrome/disease idfferentiation groups were obversely better than the other groups.The tumor inhibitory rate in syndrome/disease differentiation group was greatly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） .The levels of IL-land TNF-α of blood plasma in syndrome/disease differentiation groups were higher than the other groups （ P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion： The experimental ＂Yang Qeficieney＂ with H22 hepatoma mice models were copied suceessfully.＇The treatment of syndrome/disease differentiation is an ideal therapy.
