| 摘 要： | 目的观察病灶切除联合多层羊膜移植治疗角膜溃疡的临床效果。方法对6例（6眼）细菌性角膜溃疡、3例（3眼）真菌性角膜溃疡、5例（5眼）无菌性角膜溃疡均行病灶切除联合多层羊膜移植。结果术后随访6月14例中未见排斥反应，角膜感染均在12天内得到控制，溃疡灶留下不同程度的瘢痕。结论病灶切除联合多层羊膜移植是一种治疗角膜溃疡有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of the focal lesion keratectomy with amniotic membrane transplantation in corneal ulcer. Methods 6 eyes of bacterial corneal ulcer, 3 eyes of fungal corneal ulcer and 5 eyes of corneal ulcer without specific microorganism were treated. Results All 14 eyes were cured and no acute rejection were observed.The inflammation and infection were controlled within 12 days. Conclusions The focal lesion keratectomy with amniotic membrane transplantation is a valuable method for the treatment of corneal ulcer. |
