摘    要:使用扫描电镜加X射线能谱技术对川产及赣产川牛膝、川白芷横切面的各结构区域进行无机成分定性和半定量分析并比较研究,发现川产川白芷横切面各结构区域的硫含量百分比均明显高于赣产川白芷,其原因可能系川产川白芷产地在入库前采用硫磺熏蒸所致。

Abstract:Scanning electron microscope combined with energy dispersive x-ray analysis was used to analyse distribution of elements in transverse sections of Cyathula officinalis and Angelica dahurica which were produced in different areas. It was observed that S element in Angelica dahurica produced in Sichuan was much more than in Jiangxi, which was caused by used surphur steam for storing on Angelica dahurica in Sichuan.
