| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠脉CT成像技术在冠心病诊断上的临床价值。方法回顾分析怀疑有冠心病且同时采用64排螺旋CT进行冠脉血管成像检查（冠脉CTA）、冠脉造影检查的68例患者检查资料。比较两种诊断方法的敏感性、特异性。结果 68例患者4个主要冠脉包括左冠脉主支、左前降支、左回旋支及右冠状动脉共272支检查中显影良好。冠脉CT结果显示病变（＋）者共97例,显示无病变（-）者175例,冠脉造影结果显示病变（＋）者101例,显示无病变（-）者171例。冠脉CT成像与冠脉造影结果均为（＋）者94例,均为（-）者167例。68例可疑为冠心病患者冠脉CT诊断敏感性为93.1%,特异度为97.7%。结论冠脉CT成像具有非侵入性、费用低、灵敏、特异、准确等优点,可作为冠心病诊断的筛选检查方法。
