| 摘 要： | 目的分析骨肉瘤患者的MRI表现,探讨MRI在骨肉瘤诊断中的价值。方法收集16例经活检或病理证实的骨肉瘤患者,其中10例位于股骨,6例位于胫骨,分析肿瘤的信号特点、骨膜反应和侵犯范围。结果髓内病灶和软组织肿块在T1WI上呈等或稍低信号,T2WI上呈不均匀性高信号。MRI清楚显示了16例骨肉瘤髓腔内侵犯范围和软组织肿块的边界。13例骨膜反应表现为皮质旁带状T1WI低信号、T2WI低、稍高信号。9例见肿瘤突破骺板侵及骨骺。结论 MRI能准确显示骨肉瘤的浸润范围,为临床制定手术方案提供了重要的影像学信息。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical value of MR imaging in diagnosing osteosarcoma.Methods MR images of 16 cases with osteosarcoma confirmed by biopsy or pathology were reviewed retrospectively,of which ten cases located in femur and six cases located in tibia.The signal,periosteal reaction and extension of tumors on MR images were analyzed.Results Intramedullary foci and soft-tissue invovled masses appeared as iso-or slight hypo-intensity on T1WI,and inhomogeneous hyper-intensity on T2WI.The tumor invading ... |
