艾叶去屑方去头屑临床功效评价

目的:观察含5%艾叶去屑方的香波和护发素的去屑临床功效。方法:选择46例头屑过多受试者,通过比较使用前、使用2周和4周后受试者头屑、油脂、马拉色菌菌落变化,以评价5%艾叶去屑方的去屑效果,同时进行受试者自我评估。结果:与使用前相比,使用含5%艾叶去屑方的香波和护发素后,头屑平均分值、平均油脂量、平均马拉色菌菌落数均有不同程度下降,使用4周后比2周后下降更明显,具有显著的统计学意义,且受试者自我评估改善明显。结论:含5%艾叶去屑方的香波和护发素具有显著的去屑作用。

The clinical efficacy assessment of artemisia vulgaris anti-dandruff compounds for dandruff treatment

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of shampoo and conditioner with 5% artemisia vulgaris anti-dandruff compounds on patients.Methods 46 subjects with dandruff were arranged to evaluate the change of dandruff,sebum and Malassezia after using the shampoo and conditioner for 2 and 4 weeks.Meanwhile,the self-evaluation was taken by the subjects.Results Compared with the blank,the average score of dandruff、the average quantity of sebum and the average number of Malassezia colonies were decreased on different degrees after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment.Compared with 2-week treatment,4-week treatment was even better,which was statistically significant.Meanwhile,self-evaluation data also proved great improvement after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment.Conclusions Shampoo and conditioner with 5% artemisia vulgaris anti-dandruff compounds have significant anti-dandruff effect.
