外伤性脑脊液鼻漏诊治探讨

背景和目的 外伤性脑脊液鼻漏多因颅底骨折所致，临床较为多见。本文根据32例外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的临床资料，探讨其治疗方法和治疗效果。方法 本组32例均为颅脑外伤所致，其中车祸伤18例，坠落伤15例，打击伤9例。非手术治疗19例，手术治疗13例。结果非手术治疗组：治愈16例，3例无效。手术治疗组：治愈13例，其中2例经二次手术治愈，一例经非手术治疗治愈。结论 外伤性脑脊液鼻漏的治疗，要根据颅底骨折损伤的部位、程度及颅底缺损范围选择不同的治疗方法，方能取得良好的治疗效果。
