参芪扶正注射液对淋巴细胞的作用

目的:观察参芪扶正注射液对淋巴细胞的作用.方法:用参芪扶正注射液处理Jurkat淋巴细胞,通过台盘兰染色计数和流式细胞计观察其对淋巴细胞的作用,用参芪处理过的淋巴细胞分别加入化疗药和肝癌细胞,观察两种细胞的反应.结果:参芪扶正注射液处理过的淋巴细胞,细胞增殖快,有较强的抵抗化疗药诱导凋亡的能力,杀伤肝癌细胞的能力增强.结论:参芪扶正注射液具有多方面的免疫调节作用.

Effect of Shen Qi Fu Zheng(参芪扶正) Injection on Lymphatic Cells

Objective To observe the effect of Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection on lymphatic cells Methods After the treatment of Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection to Jurkat lymphatic cells, the result was observed by counting stained cells and FACScan; when the lymphatic cells treated by Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection were added to chemical drugs and liver cancer cells, the response of these two types of cells were checked out. Results The lymphatic cells treated by Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection had stronger reproductive ability, were resistant to the apoptosis reduced by chemical drug, and attained the stronger power to kill liver cancer cells. Conclusion Shen Qi Fu Zheng injection has several aspects of ability of regulating immune function.
