摘    要:
目的 探讨提高在职护理人员技能培训效果的最佳方式、方法.方法 采用自行设计的问卷调查与交谈的方式了解护理人员对参与技能培训的认识及心理变化.结果 护师组与护士组对技能培训的认识有较大差异;大部分护理人员认为,通过技能培训与考核,对其工作能力、护理质量等均有所提高;但认为对其创新能力、分析解决问题能力等意义不大;同时认为对其工作和生活造成了较大的压力.结论 护理部不组织安排,主动参加率为零.结论:只有对不同年龄、不同职称的护理人员合理安排培训内容,使其培训目标与各自的职责及职业生涯规划密切结合,并采取不同的培训、考核方法,根据成绩的优劣与奖惩、晋升、提拔挂钩,才能获得最佳的培训效果.
Abstract:
Objective To discuss the best ways to improve the effect of skill training for nursing staff. Methods Using questionnaire designed by ourselves and the way of interview to learn about the cognition in skills training and psychological changes of nurses who were involved in it Results There existed a greater difference in cognition of skills training between groups of junior and senior nurse. Most of the nurses thought skill training and its assessment would improve their working ability, quality of care, etc. But it provided little help to the nurses'innovation ability and ability of solving problem, etc. Moreover they also thought skill training put a greater pressure on their work and life. If nursing department does not care organization, the active participation rate will be zero. Conclusions Only nursing training be arranged in reasonable way in accordance with nurses'ages and professional titles , and to be combined with their respective responsibilities and career planning. Adopting different training and assessing methods, and to connect it with their reward, punishment and promotion, the best effect of nursing skill training will be acquired.
