| Abstract: | The study of the obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS),of which pathogenesis and physiology are complex, is based on animal model. Currently, there are no perfect, stable and simple animal models. This paper summarize the animal models which had been used to study OSAS, based on different animals, experimental equipments, establishment and verification methods, applications reviewed. |
