腹腔镜与传统开腹子宫肌瘤切除术的临床对比分析

目的探讨腹腔镜与传统开腹子宫肌瘤切除术的临床方法及效果。方法将2010年1月至2014年1月在我院接受治疗的124例子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为观察组(腹腔镜下行子宫肌瘤切除术)62例和对照组(传统开腹子宫肌瘤切除术)62例,对比两组患者的手术方法及效果。结果观察组平均手术时间明显高于对照组,而术中出血量,术后排气时间,术后住院时间,术后镇痛例数均明显低于对照组,两组相比上述指标差异均有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症方面,观察组在呕吐、尿路感染、肺部感染的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而复发、切口及盆腔感染无明显差异。结论腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术具有创伤小、术中出血少、术后康复快、并发症少等优点,值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Laparoscopic Hysteromyoma Resection Clinical Comparative Analysis with Traditional Laparotomy

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection with traditional laparotomy the clinical method and effect. Methods From January 2010 and January 2014 in our hospital for treatment of 124 patients with uterine fibroids, were randomly divided into observation group （laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection） 62 cases and control group （conventional laparotomy hysteromyoma resection） of 62 cases compared two groups of patients with surgical method and effect. Results The average operation time observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, and intraoperative blood loss, postoperative exhaust time, postoperative hospital stay, postoperative analgesia cases were significantly lower than the control group, compared two groups have significant difference the index of statistical significance （P〈0.05）; moreover in complications, observation group in vomiting, urinary tract infection and the incidence of pulmonary infection were significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）, and recurrence, and pelvic infection of incision, no obvious difference. Conclusion Laparoscopic hysteromyoma resection has small trauma, less intraoperative bleeding and postoperative quicker recovery, fewer complications and other advantages, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
