外固定支架和交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效比较

目的比较外固定支架和交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折的疗效，旨在为临床治疗胫腓骨骨折提供参考依据。方法选择本院2010年1月～2012年1月收治的胫腓骨骨折患者80例，按照治疗方法不同随机分为观察组（交锁髓内钉内固定，40例）与对照组（外固定支架，40例），比较两组患者的治疗效果及并发症情况。结果观察组的疗效明显优于对照组，观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫腓骨骨折效果显著，并发症少，疗效明显优于外固定支架，值得临床推广应用。

The effect of external fixator and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation on tibia and fibula fractures

Objective To compare efficacy of external fixation bracket and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation on the tibia and fibula fracture, aims to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of the tibia and fibula fractures. Methods Selected 80 patients of the tibia and fibula fracture patients treated in accordance with the different treatments from January 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group （interlocking intramedullary nail fixation, 40 cases） and control group （external fixator 40 cases）, the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than the control group, the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Interlocking intramedullary nail fixation of tibia and fibula fracture has significant effect, little complications and is significantly better than the external fixator, worthy of clinical application.
