激光凝固对视网膜色素上皮影响的眼底荧光血管造影观察

摘    要:为探讨用眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)在活体动物研究视网膜色素上皮(RPE)细胞的形态及机能改变,对16只有色家兔的眼底行染料激光凝固,再以FFA法及扫描电镜作对比研究,发现凝固斑呈三层同心圆样;中央部为均匀强荧光;中间层轻度荧光素渗漏;外周层由网格状近六角形细胞样低荧光组成。光凝7天,30天后凝固斑范围无改变,但荧光图像有变化。其结果显示FFA法可在活体上观察研究RPE细胞形态及机能的病理变化。 (中华眼底病杂志,1995,11:254-256)

Abstract:In order to observe the celluar changes of retinal pigmentary epithelium(RPE)by fundus fluorescein angiography(FFA)focusing on the level of RPE,retinas of 26 pigmented rabbits'eyes were photocoagulated by dye laser.On FFA,the coagulated spot appeared to be composed of an even hyperfluorescent central nucleus encireled by a concentric layer of light fluorescent leak,and around which was an outer margin layer of hypofluorescent hexagone mesh appearance.On the day of the 7th and the 30th after photocoagulation,there was no change in size of the lesion but in pattern of the fluorescent appearance.The morphological changes of the RPE cells detected by FFA in this study were also defined in the same sequencing procedures by simultaneous scanning electron microscopy.The results revealed that the FFA could be used in researching the pattern and its changes of RPE cells in-vivo.
