院外带入压疮的老年患者分析及护理干预

目的研究院外带入压疮患者的影响因素及实施护理干预措施有效性。方法采用分层随机抽样的研究法，选取2011年132例院外带入压疮患者，并从同期入院的患者中随机挑选出68例未患有压疮的患者作为对照。采用PASWStastisticsl8．0统计软件进行统计学分析，计数资料采用鬈检验或Fisher精确概率法，计量资料多个样本均数间比较采用方差分析，两样本均数间比较采用t检验，对年龄、性别、基础疾病等进行分析。结果年龄、基础疾病为院外带入压疮老年患者的重要影响因素，实施干预措施勤翻身、加强营养、气垫床、红外线光照等护理干预后，不同压疮分期及混合型压疮患者的痊愈好转率均达85％以上。结论年龄〉75岁，心血管疾病及呼吸道疾病患者等慢性疾病为院外带入压疮患者的重要影响因素，实施勤翻身、加强营养、气垫床、红外线光照、伤口敷料换药及涂用美宝烧伤膏等护理干预措施预后良好。

Analyzing of pressure ulcers in elderly patients which happened outside the hospital and evaluatingd the nursing in- terventions.

Objective To research the influencing factors of patients with pressure ulcers from outside and the effective- ness of nursing. Methods With a stratified random sampling method, we selected 132 patients with pressure ulcers from outside and 68 patients without pressure ulcers as controled and analysed theirs age, gender and underlying diseases. All dates were exam- ined by PASW Stastisticsl8.0 softwm＇e, count datas by chi-square test or Fisher＇ s exact probability test;Differences of Multi-sam- ples measurement data were compared with ANOVA method and Two-samples＇ were compared with T-test. Results Age and un- derlying diseases are the influencing factors of bringing out pressure ulcers, after implementation of nursing interventions, such as turning frequently, strengthen nutrition, using air bed, infrared light and so on, the cure rate of pressure ulcers pacients is above 85%. Conclusion Age above 75 year-old, cardiovascular and respiratory diseases maybe cause pressure sores, after implementa- tion of nursing interventions, such as turning frequently, strengthen nutrition, using air bed, infrared light, wound dressings and coa- ted with the burn ointment Mabel, pressure sores in patients with a good prognosis.
