锥颅引流对高血压脑出血疗效的影响评价

目的：探讨锥颅引流对高血压脑出血疗效的影响。方法：选取出血量为30～60ml高血压脑出血患者110例，随机分为两组，观察组采用锥颅血肿引流术治疗，对照组采用开颅血肿清除术。观察两组治疗高血压脑出血患者的临床效果。结果：两组患者的近期疗效与病死率方面无明显差异（p〉0．05），但在远期并发症发生率方面观察组优于对照组。两组早期的手术者在早期意识恢复、并发症发生率等方面优于晚期的手术者。结论：临床治疗高血压脑出血量30～60ml的患者，特别是对于局限性的血肿，锥颅血肿引流术一个理想的选择。
