2006年平阴县公共场所公共用品用具消毒状况调查

[目的]了解平阴县公共场所用品用具的消毒状况,防止传染病的发生和流行。[方法]采用抽样调查方法对平阴县公共场所单位的公共用品用具消毒情况进行调查,用品用具进行细菌学检测。[结果]在63家公共场所单位中,共检测707份用品用具,合格591份,合格率为83.59%。其中旅店检测316份,合格288份,合格率91.14%;美发美容检测270份,合格215份,合格率79.63%;公共浴池检测34份,合格26份,合格率76.47%;足疗按摩店检测87份,合格62份,合格率71.26%。63家公共场所单位卫生许可证持有率为100.00%(63/63)。现场从业人员健康证持有率93.71%(268/286)。调查的286名现场从业人员中,62人不懂用品用具洗刷,占21.68%;86人不懂消毒,占30.07%;59人不懂的保洁,占20.63%。[结论]平阴县公共场所公共用品用具消毒合格率有待于进一步提高,应加强公共场所用品用具消毒卫生管理工作。

Investigation on the Sterilization of Public Articles and Things in Public Places in Pingyin County in 2006

[Objective]To understand the status of sterilization of public articles and things in public places,prevent the prevalence of infectious diseases.[Methods]Investigation was conducted on the sterilization of public articles and things in public places in Pingyin county with random sampling method,bacteriological examination was carried out.[Results]707 samples collected from 63 public places were tested,591 samples were up to standard,the qualified rate was 83.59%.Of all the samples,316 were collected from hotels,288 samples were up to standard,the qualified rate was 91.14%.215 of the 270 samples collected from barbers' were up to standard, the qualified rate was 79.63%.26 of the 34 samples collected from public bath houses were up to standard,the qualified rate was 76.47%.62 of the 87 samples collected from pedicure houses were up to standard,the qualified rate was 71.26%.All the 63 public places had hygienic license.93.71% of the staff had health certificate.Among 286 on-the spot investigated staff,62 of them did not understand the washing standard,accounting for 21.68%.86 of them did not understand sterilization method,accounting for 30.07%.59 of them did not understand the maintaining of sanitation and hygiene,accounting for 20.63%.[Conclusion]Sterilization of public articles and things in Pingyin public places should be improved,supervision should be strengthened.
