城乡应征入伍青年艾滋病认知情况调查分析

目的了解城乡应征入伍青年艾滋病相关知识和态度,为部队在新兵中开展艾滋病健康教育提供依据。方法自行设计问卷,对285名城乡应征入伍青年进行了调查。结果被调查的应征入伍青年对艾滋病的传播途径、预防、诊断和治疗知识知晓率均超过了70%,但城市青年优于农村青年。大部分被调查者认为应该同情艾滋病患者,但部分仍不愿与艾滋病患者交往,相比之下,农村青年更愿意与艾滋病患者交往。所有被调查者认为有必要在军营中开展艾滋病健康教育。结论城乡应征入伍青年掌握了一些艾滋病相关知识,但有待提高。军营预防艾滋病健康教育工作应根据城乡青年特点有针对性地开展。

Comparison of HIV/AIDS Knowledge and Attitude between Urban and Rural Candidates

Objective To evaluate HIV/AIDS knowledge and attitude between urban and rural candidates,in order to provide reference for HIV/AIDS health education.Methods A survey was conducted among 285 candidates from urban and rural areas by self-designed questionnaire.Results Among all the surveyed candidates,over 70% of them had the knowledge of AIDS transmission routes,prevention,diagnosis and treatment.But there were significant difference in mastering AIDS knowledge between urban and rural candidates.The former was better than the later.Although most candidates chose sympathetic attitudes to HIV carriers and AIDS patients,some of them were still averse to contact with HIV carriers and AIDS patients.Rural candidates were more apt to keep friends with HIV carriers and AIDS patients.All of the candidates thought it was necessary to carry out the health education on AIDS in the army.Conclusion The urban and rural candidates have mastered some HIV/AIDS knowledge,but it was insufficient.More work should be done according to the characteristic of candidates in AIDS prevention health education field.
