爆破式超声乳化在硬核白内障摘出术中的应用

目的 研究爆破式超声乳化术在硬核人障中的应用。方法 对７４例７４眼按硬度为Ⅳ～Ⅴ级的老年性成熟期或过熟期白内障施行爆破式超声乳化术，术中结合自制晶状体碎核钩进行手法劈核。结果 术后第１天、１ｗｋ及３ｍｏ裸眼视力达０．８及以上者分别为７５．６８７％、７９．７３％及８３．８７％，手术前后角散光改变无统计学意义（Ｐ〉０．０５）。角膜水肿５眼，晶状体后囊破裂５眼，少量晶状体物质沉入玻璃体内２眼。结论 该方法适合于硬核人障的超声乳化。

Application of bursting phacoemulsification for hard nucleus cataract

Objective　To investigate the application of bursting phacoemulsification for hard nucleus cataract.Methods　Phaco burst and chop technique were used to emulsify the hard nucleus cataract. The degree of nuclear hardness in 74 eyes was grade Ⅳ～Ⅴ.Results　The visual acuity without correction was 0.8 or better in 75.67%, 79.73% and 83.87% one day, one week and three months after the operations respectively. There was no statistical difference between the mean preoperative astigmatism and postoperative astigmatism(P＞0.05).There were corneal edema in 5 eyes, posterior capsular ruptures in 5 eyes. Little lens fragments dropped into the vitreous in 2 eyes.Conclusion　The phaco burst technique is apt for phacoemulsification of hard nucleus cataract.
