| 腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的临床分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的临床应用疗效和可行性。方法:回顾性分析近3年40例腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的临床资料,其中行TME Dixon术25例,Miles术15例,中转开腹4例。与同期具有可比性的40例开腹直肠癌根治术进行比较。结果:两组无手术死亡病例。腹腔镜组肠蠕动恢复时间明显短于同期开腹手术组,且住院天数明显缩短。腹腔镜组术后随访30例,随访时间3~32(平均13)个月。1例Dixon术后4个月发现肝转移,1例Miles术后16个月发生会阴部转移,腹壁Trocar穿刺部位及小切口部位未发现肿瘤转移。两组在局部复发、远处转移和死亡率方面无统计学差异。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌根治术具有创伤小、出血少、胃肠功能恢复快、术后疼痛轻、腹壁美观等优点,且提高卫生资源利用率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explort the therapeutic effect and feasibility of Laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision.And analysis hot spot problem of it.Mothods Form January 2005 to March 2008,the clinical date of 40 cases received Laparoscopic-assisted radical rectal excision was retrospectively analyzed.TME Dixon operation was performed in 25 cases.Miles operation was performed in 15 cases.4 cases was converted to open operation.And compared with those of 40 comparable patients treated by conventional laparotomy ... |
