| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下脾切除术临床应用效果。方法所有患者均在全身麻醉下完成手术,腔镜组和开腹组均按照手术常规进行,记录并统计两组患者手术时间、术中出血、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果腔镜组手术时间少于开腹组,术中出血少于开腹组,住院时间短于开腹组,并发症发生率方面差异无统计学意义。结论在严格掌握适应证的条件下,临床应用腹腔镜脾切除术患者创伤小、恢复快、并发症发生率低,安全可行,值得临床推广。
