| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨支气管肺炎患儿红细胞免疫功能与Ｔ细胞亚群的关系。 方法 红细胞酵母多糖花环法和ＡＰＡＡＰ酶联法分别测定支气管肺炎患儿和正常对照组红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环,红细胞免疫复合物花环,Ｔ细胞亚群。 结果 肺炎患儿红细胞免疫功能降低,同时伴有ＣＤ３、ＣＤ４细胞减少,红细胞免疫功能与ＣＤ８细胞呈负相关。 结论 支气管肺炎患儿同时存在红细胞和Ｔ细胞双重免疫功能障碍。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relations to the red blood cell immune function and T lymphocyte subpopulation in the children with bronchial pneumonia Methods The red cell receptor rosett (RCRR),red cell immune complex rosette (RICR) and T lymphocyte subpopulation were assayed in the children with bronchial pneumonia and the health control cases using ELISA. Results The red blood cell immune function of the children with pneumonia were reduced in company at the meanwhile with the lower of CD 3,CD 4 cells. Conclusion There were the double immune dysfunction of red cell and T cells in the chidren with bronchial pneumonia. |
