肝左外叶切除379例

目的探讨肝左外叶切除术并发症的发生原因和防治方法。方法回顾性分析379例肝左外叶切除病例的临床资料。结果379例肝左外叶切除病例中，肝断面出血300ml以上有27例，发生率7．1％；脾撕裂出血5例，发生率1．3％；术后胆漏10例，发生率2．6％；肝断面感染8例，发生率2．1％；左胸腔积液7例，发生率1．8％：结论在熟练细致的操作下，肝左外叶切除术并发症的发生率可降低。

Hepatic left lateral lobectomy in 379 cases

Objective To discuss the causes,prevention and cure of the complications generated by the hepatic left lateral lobectomy.Methods We retrospectively analysed the clinical data of 379 cases of hepatic left lateral lobectomy.Results In all the 379 cases,we can find that in 27cases,which was about 7.1%,the volume of bleed of the liver cut was more than 300 ml;the bleeding happened as the laceration of spleen in 5 cases,which was about 1.3%;biliary fistula happened after the surgery in 10 cases,which was about 2.6%;the infection of the liver cut happened in 8 cases,which was about 2.1%;and the left pleural effusion happened in 7 cases,which was about 1.8%.Conclusion The incident of the complications of the hepatic left lateral lobectomy can be reduced by the skilled and micromesh operation.
