中西医结合治疗儿童睑板腺囊肿30例分析

目的观察中西医结合治疗儿童睑板腺囊肿的疗效。方法采用地塞米松在睑结膜外囊肿处进行注射，内服清胃化痰汤加减。结果局部注射及整体辨证施治，效果较为满意，有效率和治愈率达98％以上。结论地塞米松注射液有较强的消炎作用，能抑制细菌感染。清胃化痰汤加减能健脾清胃、消食导滞、化痰散结。从而有效的控制症状发展，使损伤组织得以修复，减少复发，可免手术之苦，是治疗儿童睑板腺囊肿的好方法。

Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine Integrated with Western Medicine on Chalazion

Objective To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine integrated with western medicine on children chalazion. Methods Dexamethasone was injected into the cysts of palpebral conjunctiva. Qingwei Huatan Decoction was taken orally in the same period. The dose of Qingwei Huatan Decoction was regulated individually. Results The way that local injection combined with holistic diagnosis and treatment was satisfactorily effective. And the effective rate and recovery rate were more than 98%. Conclusion Dexamethasone can control inflammation and inhibiting the infection of bacillus effectively. Qingwei Huatan Decoction has the function of Jianpi Qingre, Xiaoshi Daozhi and Huatan Sanjie. The development of symptom can be controlled and impaired tissue can be repaid in this way. The therapy can reduce recurrence of chalazion. Operation can be avoided. The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine is beneficial to children chalazion.
