早期胃肠营养护理在重型颅脑损伤气管切开手术后患者的应用

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者早期实施胃肠营养支持与预后的相关性。方法对21例重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开术后采用早期实施胃肠营养支持作为治疗组,21例重型颅脑损伤患者气管切开术后,采用传统的延迟性胃肠内营养的同类患者作为对照组,进行有关的营养指标、并发症、预后的临床观察及统计学处理,并进行比较。结果重型颅脑损伤患者能从早期的肠内营养途径中获得比较充分的能量和蛋白质合成所必需的成分,治疗组营养指标均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组早、晚期并发症均少于对照组,预后优于对照组,（P〈0.05）。结论对重型颅脑损伤患者早期采用进行胃肠营养支持可减少并发症,改善预后。

Early enteral nutrition care in severe head injury patients after tracheotomy Application

Objective To study the implementation of severe head injury patients with gastrointestinal nutrition support and early prognosis. Methods 21 patients with severe brain injury after tracheotomy patients with early implementation of the gastrointestinal nutrition as a treatment group,21 patients with severe head inju-ry patients after tracheotomy,the traditional delay of enteral nutrition in patients with similar As a control group to carry out the nutrition indicators,complications,prognosis of clinical observation and statistical analysis and comparison. Results From patients with severe head injury means of early enteral nutrition to get more full of energy and protein synthesis necessary ingredients,nutritional treatment group were better than the control group （ P 0. 05） ,treatment group,early and late complications less than the control group,the prognosis is better than the control group,（ P 0. 05） . Conclusion Patients with severe head injury early adopters for gastroin-testinal nutrition support can reduce complications and improve prognosis.
