锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果

目的探讨锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的临床效果。方法抽取本院2012年10月～2013年12月收治的90例肱骨外科颈骨折患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组各45例,对照组给予钢板内固定治疗,观察组给予锁定钢板治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组手术时间及骨折愈合时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。术后随访半年,观察组患者术后肩关节功能恢复优良率高达95.56%,显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采用锁定钢板治疗肱骨外科颈骨折,效果明显,不仅固定牢固,术后并发症少,而且患者可在较短时间内恢复肩关节功能,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect of locking plate in the treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture

Objective To investigate the effect of locking plate in the treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture.Methods 90 patients with humerus surgical neck fracture in our hospital from October 2012 to December 2013 were selected,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Plate internal fixation was given to the control group,locking plate was provided to the observation group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.Results The operation time and healing time of bone fracture after surgery in observation group was shorter than that of control group,intraoperative amount of bleeding was less than that in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.After 0.5 year follow-up visits,excellent and good rate of shoulder joint function after surgery reached up to95.56% in the observation group,higher than 80.00% in the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of locking plate in the treatment of humerus surgical neck fracture can obtain a remarkable effect,has the advantages of firm fixation,few postoperative complications,and recovery of shoulder joint function in a short time,it is worthy of expansion in clinic.
