椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床效果

目的探讨椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床效果。方法选择本科收治的78例骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者,根据患者的治疗意愿,将其分为两组,椎体后凸成形术治疗组（观察组）56例、传统保守治疗组（对照组）22例。观察两组治疗前、治疗后（治疗后1年）的疼痛缓解情况、活动功能恢复情况、伤椎前中柱椎体高度和后凸Cobb角变化情况。结果治疗前,两组的VAS、EVOS评分,椎体高度及Cobb角比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组的VAS评分明显降低、Cobb角明显减小,EVOS评分、椎体高度明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论椎体后凸成形术可有效缓解骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的疼痛,恢复其活动功能,具有较好的临床推广价值。

Clinical effect of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture

Objective To explore the clinical effect of kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral fracture.Methods Seventy-eight patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture admitted into our department were selected.According to patients′will,they were divided into the two groups：the treatment group of kyphoplasty（the observation group,n=56）,and traditional conservative treatment group（the control group,n=22）.Pain alleviation,activity function recovery,anterior and anterior colum height of vertebral body for injury of the vertebral bodyand kyphotic Cobb angle before therapy and after one-year therapy were observed in the two groups. Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference in visual analogue scale（VAS） score,European vertebral osteoporosis study（EVOS） score,vertebral height,or Cobb angle in the two groups（P〉0.05）.After therapy,in comparison with the control group,VAS score in the observation group was decreased greatly,and Cobb angle was reduced obviously,and EVOS score,vertebral height remarkably were increased obviously,which displayed statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Kyphoplasty can effectively alleviate pain caused by osteoporotic vertebral fracture and restore activity function,which has a better promotional value in clinic.
