糖尿病足感染的相关因素分析

目的探讨糖尿病足溃疡发生感染的相关因素。方法选取本院就诊的2型糖尿病患者120例,分为感染组与非感染组,对其临床资料进行分析。结果感染组与非感染组患者的年龄、糖尿病病程、体质量指数（BMI）、收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、空腹血糖（FPG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;感染组患者的糖负荷后2 h血糖（2 h PG）、糖化血红蛋白（Hb A1c）、三酰甘油（TG）、踝肱指数（ABI）、白细胞（WBC）计数、C反应蛋白（CRP）显著高于非感染组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 HbA1c、2h PG、TG、ABI、WBC、CRP可能与足溃疡感染的发生有关,可认为是感染的相关因素。

Related factors analysis of diabetic foot infection

Objective To investigate the factors associated with diabetic foot ulcer infection. Methods 120 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes were chosen,and were divided into infection group and non-infected group,the clinical data was analyzed. Results The age,duration of diabetes,body mass index（BMI）,systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,fasting plasma glucose（FPG）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） of infection group and non-infected group had no significant difference（P〉0.05）;2 h after glucose load glucose（2 h PG）,glycated hemoglobin（Hb A1c）,triglyceride（TG）,ankle-brachial index（ABI）,white blood cell（WBC） count,C-reactive protein（CRP） of infection group was higher than that of non-infected group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hb A1 c,2 h PG,TG,ABI,WBC,CRP is associated with the occurrence of foot ulcers infection,is considered as relevant factors infection.
