武汉大学临床医学专业教育改革的探索与实践

为了提高医学人才培养质量,武汉大学与芝加哥大学合作进行临床医学专业教育改革,以临床为导向有机整合课程,开展早临床、多临床实践和社区医学教育,加强医学生人文及伦理与职业道德教育,改革教学方法,推行小组病案讨论式、参与式学习,实施形成性评价.密切跟踪教改试点班的教学效果,多方大量问卷调查结果综合提示,初步构建的新课程体系和教学模式符合当前我国教育体制和医疗卫生体制改革的方向,有利于临床医学专业学生综合能力的培养.

Exploration and practice of clinical medical education reform in Wuhan University

To cultivate medical talents with better quality,Wuhan University collaborated with The University of Chicago,to make clinically oriented integration courses,carry out early clinical and multiple clinical practice as well as community medicine education,strengthen humanities,ethics and moral education,reform teaching methods,implement small group case discussion,participatory learning,and formative evaluation.Closely track the effect of reform pilot class,questionnaire results show that the initial construction of the new curriculum and teaching model in line with the current direction of China＇ s education system and health system reform,which will contribute to the training of medical students＇ comprehensive ability.
