| 摘 要： | 目的：调查浙江省桐庐县县级和乡镇医疗卫生机构的医疗废物情况。方法：对桐庐县所有乡镇以上医疗卫生机构开展调查，共对5家县级医院和13家乡镇医疗卫生机构2001—2006年的医疗废物产污系数进行研究。结果：桐庐县县级医院产污系数从2001年的0．04Kg／床／日增加到2006年的0．61Kg／床／日；乡镇街道医疗机构产污量从2004年0．33Kg／10人增加到2006年的0．66Kg／10人。结论：研究所获得的医疗废物产污系数为我国的医疗废物管理提供了重要的技术参数。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate generation of medical waste of county hospital and township health centre in Tonglu,Zhejiang Province.Methods The pollutants generation coefficients of medical waste from rural medical institutes in Tonglu,including 5 county hospitals and 13 township health centres,were investigated and calculated from 2001 to 2006.Results It showed that the pollutants generation coefficients of medical waste from county hospitals rose from 0.04kg/bed/day in 2001 to 0.61kg/bed/day in 2006,while those from township health centres rose from 0.33 kg/10 persons in 2004 to 0.66kg/10 persons in 2006.Conclusion This study offered important techniqual parameter to management of medical waste in China. |
