护理干预对脑梗死患者康复治疗效果的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对脑梗死患者康复治疗效果的影响.方法:将118例脑梗死患者随机分为实验组60例和对照组58例,实验组在常规护理的基础上实施全程护理干预,对照组仅给予常规护理,分别对两组患者于疗程结束后进行康复效果调查.结果:实验组有33例患者能达到生活完全自理,有23例患者能达到生活部分自理;对照组有19例患者能达到生活完全自理,有20例患者能达到生活部分自理,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论:有计划地对脑梗死患者进行针对性的护理干预可提高脑梗死患者的康复效果.

Effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebral infarction

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:One hundred and eighteen patients with cerebral infarction were divided into experiment group(n=60)and control group(n=58)at random.Nursing intervention was taken in the whole course on the basis of routine nursing care in experiment group,while only routine nursing care was given in control group.The effective outcome of rehabilitation was observed after the whole course of rehabilitation treatment was completed.Results:Among all the patients,33 patients achieved the ability to take care of themselves independently and 23 patients could look after themselves with help in experiment group,and in control group 19 could take care of themselves independently and 20 patients could look after themselves with help.There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:Programmed and appropriate nursing intervention can effectively improve the efficacy of rehabilitation treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.
