32例糖尿病足患者临床分析

目的:探讨糖尿病足发病的相关因素及治疗效果。方法:对32例糖尿病足患者进行综合治疗并观察其疗效。结果:32例糖尿病足患者经综合治疗后总有效率为87.5%;32例糖尿病足患者>50岁占80%,以男性为主;糖尿病病程较长,常见诱因以物理因素多见,分泌物进行细菌培养阳性率高。结论:糖尿病足患者多为高龄。糖尿病病程长、血糖控制差者,足溃疡合并感染率高。糖尿病足可防可治,但需加强糖尿病教育,早诊断、早治疗,根据患者具体病情,采用多种方法综合治疗,可取得良好效果。

Clinical analysis of 32 diabetic foot cases

Objective： To investigate factors related to diabetic foot and its treatment.Methods： Thirty two patients with diabetic foot were given comprehensive treatment and the therapeutic effects were observed.Results： The total effective rate was 87.5%,80% of these patients were older than 50 years old,mainly were male with long course of diabetics.Diabetic foot in these patients was commonly induced by physical factors showing positive bacilli culture.Conclusions： Diabetic foot was commonly occurred in elderly patients with long course of diabetes,and high incidence of infection and ulcers in the foot.Diabetic foot is preventable and curable,but enhanced diabetes education is also needed.Early diagnosis,early treatment,individual treatments and comprehensive treatments can help to get better therapeutic effects.
