| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non HDL-C)对冠心病患者长期预后的影响。方法:采用病例调查方法,选择398例冠心病患者进行随访观察。结果:(1)随访17个月内出现心绞痛患者基线non HDL-C水平明显高于未出现事件组[(3.98±0.55)mmol/Lvs(3.77±0.86)mmol/L,P<0.05]。(2)发生心绞痛患者non HDL-C水平(≥3.36mmol/L)比例较高(71.8%vs59.1%●<0.05)。结论:基线non HDL-C水平对冠心病再发心绞痛具有一定影响。 |

The Effect of Non High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol on Long-term Outcome in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of non high density lipoprotein cholesterol on long-term adverse events recurrence of coronary heart disease.Methods:This was a case follow-up study,which enrolled 398 cases with CHD between 2001 and 2003,and followed up 17 months for patients with coronary heart diseases.Results:(1 )after 17 months follow-up,the baseline non high density lipoprotein level of patients with cardiovascular events(angina pectoris)was higher than that in patients without cardiovascular events[(3.98±0.55)mmol/ Lvs(3.77±0.86)mmol/L],P<0.05).(2)In patients with angina pectoris occurrence,there were lower ratio for non high density lipoprotein cholesterol level being above 3.36mmol/L(71.8%vs59.1%,P<0.05).Conclusion:Baseline level of non high density lipoprotein cholesterol played a certain effect on angina pectoris recurrence of coronary heart disease. |
