| 摘 要： | 目的观察平衡罐治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将80例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组40例,分别采用平衡罐和腰椎牵引方法治疗,观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后JOA评分的变化。结果经过15 d的治疗,治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率72%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组JOA评分改善率为84%,对照组JOA评分改善率为52%,组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论平衡罐治疗寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症疗效肯定。 |
