职业性急性二甲基甲酰胺中毒的临床分析

目的分析职业性急性二甲基甲酰胺（ＤＭＦ）中毒的临床特点及诊断要点。方法收集２４２例职业性急性ＤＭＦ中毒病例临床资料，包括症状、体征、实验室检查及ＤＭＦ代谢产物测定结果进行综合分析。结果职业性急性ＤＭＦ中毒的临床特点以消化系统损害为主要表现，其中腹痛较为突出，有时呈阵发性绞痛，常伴有ＳＡＬＴ升高，本组１２０例腹痛者中有８５例ＳＡＬＴ升高，占７０．５％，二者之间有很好的相关性。结论诊断应基于明确的ＤＭ

Clinical experience of occupational acute dimethylformamide poisoning

Objective To describe the clinical characteristics of occupational of DMF poisoning cases.Methods 242 cases of DMF poisoning were selected.Clinical data including symptoms,laboratory examination,DMF and its metabolites in urine were collected and analyzed.Results The main characteristics of DMF posioning were digestive system impairment,especially abdominalgia.Some cases had paroxysmal abdominal angina,and coexistence with high level of SALT.Conclusion Diagnosis is comfirmed on the basis of definite history of exposure to DMF,the field investigation,the clinical manifestations,especially the findings of digestive system,and the laboratory findings of DMF or its metabolites in urine.Certainly,a further study on the clinical manifestation of DMF poisoning must be done.
