重症感染鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药分析

目的：了解鲍曼不动杆菌在ICU的耐药性，为临床抗感染治疗提供依据。方法：收集2006年7月-2007年6月ICU重症感染44株鲍曼不动杆菌药敏结果进行回顾性分析。结果：鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南和头孢哌酮／舒巴坦的耐药率最低，分别为6．82％，9．09％和11．36％。鲍曼不动杆菌对3类和4类抗生素的多重耐药率均超过50％。结论：鲍曼不动杆菌是目前ICU感染重要的条件致病菌，其多重耐药率高，应引起临床高度重视。

Analysis of Antibiotic Resistance of Acinetobacter Baumannii in Severe Infections

Objective:To find out the antibiotic resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in ICU and to provide strategies for prevention and treatment.Methods:Drug resistances of 44 Acinetobacter baumannii during July 2006 and June 2007 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The rate of drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to Imipenem, Meropenem and Cefoperazone/Sulbactam was the lowest (6.82%,9.09%,11.36%).The rate of multidrug resistance to 3 groups and 4 groups of antibiotics was>50%.Conclusion:Acinetobacter baumannii is a major emerging opportunistic pathogen in ICU,which shows an increasing multidrug resistance with important clinical impact.
