单味溪黄草对小鼠移植性腹水型肝癌的防治效果观察

目的　探讨单味溪黄草水煎剂对小鼠移植性腹水型肝癌 (H2 2 )细胞防治效果。方法　将实验小鼠除正常对照组皮下注射生理盐水外 ,其它各组皮下移植H2 2 细胞后 ,预防组小鼠饮用溪黄草水煎剂 ,治疗组小鼠 4d后待有肿物形成时饮服溪黄草水煎剂 ,以观察小鼠生瘤率、死亡率、瘤体重量及淋巴和肺组织转移情况。结果　实验各组除正常对照组外小鼠生瘤率 10 0 .0 % ,预防和治疗组的瘤重和死亡率与模型对照组比较均有增加 ,肺转移明显 ,但未见淋巴转移。结论　单味溪黄草水煎剂不能抑制H2 2 细胞生长 ,对经血循环转移至肺有激发加强作用

Observation of the prophylactico-therapeutic effects of single plectranthus on transplantation ascitic type of liver cancer in mice

Objective To explore the prophylactico-therapeutic effects of water decoction of single plectranthus on transplantation ascitic type of liver cancer(H 22) in mice.Methods In the normal control group subcutaneous injection of normal saline was given to the experimental mice while after hypodemic transplantation of H 22 cells in other groups,the mice in the prophylactic group drunk water decoction of single plectranthus,and the mice in the treatment group also drunk it 4 days later when tumors were formed,then the tumorigenic rate,death rate,weight of tumors and metastasis of lymph and lung tissues should be observed.Results The tumorigenic rate was 100 % except in the normal control group,and the weight of tumors and death rate in prophylactic group and treatment group increased in comparison with those of the model control group.There was obvious lung metastasis but no lymphatic metastasis.Conclusion Water decoction of single plectranthus can not inhibit the growth of H 22 cells and can stimulate H 22 cells to transfer to the lungs through blood circulation.
