| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨注意缺损多动障碍（ＡＤＨＤ）与５－ＨＴ２ａ受体基因多态性之间的相互关系。方法：应用聚合酶链式反应（ＰＣＲ）和限制性片段长度多态性（ＲＦＬＰ）方法。在７４例ＡＤＨＤ儿童及其父母和８１例正常成人中观察５－ＨＴ２ａ受体基因多态性的分布。采用单体型相对风险分析方法研究ＡＤＨＤ与５－ＨＴ２ａ受体基因间的遗传关联。结果：经基于基因型的单体型相对风险（ＧＨＲＲ）和基于单体型的单体型相对风险（ＨＨＲＲ）分析表明，ＡＤＨＤ与５－ＨＴ２ａ受体基因各等位基因及基因型之间并不存在关联（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：ＡＤＨＤ与５－ＨＴ２ａ受体基因多态性之间无关联

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the relation
between serotonin 2A receptor gene(5 HT 2A )polymorphism and attention deficit hyperctive
disorder(ADHD).Method By PCR method and RFLP typing.Results The GHRR and HHRR analasis
indicated that there were no association between ADHD and 5 HT 2A receptor gene
polymorphism.Conclusion It suggests that 5 HT 2A receptor gene polymorphism may not be
associated with ADHD. |
