大鼠回肠肌间神经丛一氧化氮合酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶双染法研究

摘    要:
本文用一氧化氮合酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶双染法,对大鼠回肠肌间神经丛进行组织化学观察。结果发现三种不同染色的神经元:(1)乙酰胆碱酯酶阳性神经元(占82%);(2)一氧化氮合酶单染神经元(占16%);(3)一氧化氮合酶和乙酰胆碱酯酶双染神经元(2%)。以上结果提示,一氧化氮可以与乙酰胆碱共存于大鼠回肠肌间神经丛的少数神经元内。本文还对肠肌间神经丛内胆碱能神经元的类型和一氧化氮的作用进行了讨论。

Abstract:
The rat myenteric plexus in ileum were obsered histochemically with double-staining method of AChE and NOS. Three different types of neurons, AChE positive neurons(82%), NOS single-staining neurons (16% ) and NOS-AChE (2% ) were found in the plexus. The results above suggest that nitric oxide (NO) may coexist with acetlycholine (Ach) in a small number of neurons in the plexus. The types of cholinergic neurons and function of NO have been also discussed in this paper.
