| 摘 要： | ＩＣＲＵ２３号和ＩＡＥＡ２７７号报告是国际上两个放射治疗定标规程，本文比较由这两个规程定标后的差异及来源，发现其中０．７％来自空气平均电离能的变化，另外，由于各自测量点不同带来－０．８％的系统误差，但这两个报告对钴－６０的定株结果有２％的差异。

| Abstract: | Both ICRU23 and IAEA277 Reports are international protocols for dosimetry calibration of radiotherapy beams.This study compares the differences of the results given by these two protocols and finds the 0.7% of the difference comes from the change of W/e , the other -0.8% systematic error is resulted by the difference calibration depth definited by the two reports, But there is about 2% difference between these two protocols when calibrate the 60 Co beam. |
