菟仙海蚣胶囊治疗少精、弱精症的临床观察

目的:观察菟仙海蚣胶囊治疗男性少精、弱精症临床疗效和对精子质量的影响。方法:将170例男性少精、弱精症患者随机分为治疗组110例,口服菟仙海蚣胶囊,对照组60例,口服五子衍宗丸。2组均以3个月为1疗程,并观察临床疗效及治疗前后精液各项指标的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组临床治愈率分别为50.90%,21.67%;总有效率分别为92.73%,66.67%,2组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:菟仙海蚣胶囊能明显增加精子密度,提高精子活力,对男性少弱精子致不育症有明显疗效。

Clinical Observation on Therapeutic Effect of TuXian HaiGong capsules in Patients with Azoospermia and Asthenospermia

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy on TuXian HaiGong （TXHG） capsules in patients with azoospermia and asthenospermia.Methods： 170 male patients with azoospermia and asthenospermia were randomly divided into treatment group （110 cases） which received TXHG capsules and control group （60 cases） which received WuZi YanZong pills by oral treatment.To observe the clinical efficacy and the index change of semen before and after treatment 3 months as a course of treatment. Results： The clinical cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 50.90% and 21.67%;the total effective rates were 92.73% and 66.67%, 2 groups was significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：TXHG capsules could significantly increase sperm density, improve sperm motility and have good effect to treat male infertility caused by azoospermia and asthenospermia.
