紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的含量

摘    要:目的:建立氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法。用盐酸溶液(0.1mol/L)为溶剂,检测波长293nm。结果:回归方程为A=0.0840055C+0.0033149(r=0.9999),氧氟沙星在3.2~9.2μg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.26%,RSD为0.66%。结论:该方法简便快速、重现性好,可作为快速测定氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液含量的方法。

Abstract:Objective:To make the method to test the assaying of ofloxacine injection.Methods:to use ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Solvent:chloride solution(0.1mol/L).detection at 293nm.Results:regression equation A=0.0840055C+0.0033149(r=0.9999). The linear relation is good when it’s concentration is from 3.2 to 9.2ug/ml. Average regressed is 99.26%.RSD is 0.66%.Conclusion:This method is simple and fast,and the reproducibility is good. It can be used to test the assay of ofloxacine injection as the fast method.
