艾司西酞普兰与舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症对照研究

目的评价艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症疗效及安全性。方法 64例老年抑郁症患者随机分为艾司西酞普兰组与舍曲林组,疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定临床疗效,不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果艾司西酞普兰组显效率为78.1%,舍曲林组75%,两组比较差异无显著性(χ2=0.22,P>0.05);艾司西酞普兰组治疗第2周末与舍曲林组HAMD评分比较有显著性差异(t=3.66,P<0.05);艾司西酞普兰组不良反应发生率40.6%,舍曲林组43.8%,两组比较差异无显著性(χ2=0.06,P>0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰与舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症疗效相当,艾司西酞普兰起效较舍曲林快。

Efficacy and Safety of Escitalopram and Sertraline in the Treatment of Senile Patients with Depression

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of escitalopram and sertraline in the treatment of senile patients with depression.Methods A total of 64 senile patients with depression were randomly assigned into escitalopram group and sertraline group for 6 weeks.Clinical effectiveness were evaluated by HAMD,and adverse reactions were assessed with TESS.Results The response rate was 78.1% in escitalopram group and 75% in sertraline group,and there was no significant difference between two groups(χ2=0.22,P>0.05).At the end of 2 week treatment,there was significant difference in the scores of HAMD between two groups(t=3.66,P<0.05).The adverse reactions were 40.6% in escitalopram group and 43.8% in sertraline group,and there was no significant difference between two group(χ2=0.06,P>0.05).Conclusions The efficacy of escitalopram in treating senile depression is similar to those of sertraline.Escitalopram takes effect more quickly than sertraline.
